Cristina's Sausage Pasta

- 3-4 links Italian sausage removed from casing
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes or whatever tomatoes you can find (chopped)
- 3 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 T chopped parsley
- 3 T chopped Basil
- ¼ C heavy cream (or less, you don't need too much)
- grated Parmiggiano to taste
- 1 lb fresh fettuccini (fresh fettuccini is best with this dish but linguini or another pasta works well too))
- Brown sausage and remove from pan
- Sauté garlic in olive oil with halved cherry tomatoes until tomatoes release some juices
- Add sausage and cream
- Just before tossing with pasta, add herbs, then toss
- Top with Parmiggiano
