Ingredients
  • 2-3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 2 T tomato paste
  • 2 cans ceci beans (garbanzos)
  • ½ t fresh or dried rosemary
  • 1 lb egg noodles
  • 2 cans chicken broth or stock
Instructions
  1. Sauté garlic and rosemary in olive oil
  2. Add tomato paste and sauté for 1 minute
  3. Add chicken broth and bring to a low boil
  4. Add pasta and ceci and cook until pasta is al dente
  5. Garnish with good extra virgin olive oil
