- 4 salmon fillets
- 3 T chopped garlic
- 2 T butter
- 1 lemon, sliced in thin rounds
- salt & pepper
- Preheat oven to 425
- Top each fillet with salt, pepper and thin butter tabs
- Sprinkle with garlic and cover with lemon slices
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until you can flake it with a fork at the thickest part
- Option 2: Grill on high for approx 10 minutes - on a baking sheet covered with aluminum foil. (This is my favorite preparation!)
