- 1 bunch asparagus spears, bottoms snapped off
- 3 T olive oil
- salt & pepper
- Preheat oven's broiler on high and place rack about 6 inches from the heat source
- Put asparagus onto a cookie sheet
- Drizzle with olive oil, salt & pepper and toss
- Broil for 5 minutes and check; remove when tender but still crisp
You are right…this is the best asparagus recipe ever! Tried it last night even though we had already had dinner and it was so good, we were eating it like candy! Keep the recipes coming…maybe a fresh broccoli recipe? Thanks! Love you!
