Cristina’s Sausage Pasta


Cristina's Sausage Pasta

  • 3-4 links Italian sausage removed from casing
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes or whatever tomatoes you can find (chopped)
  • 3 cloves chopped garlic
  • 2 T chopped parsley
  • 3 T chopped Basil
  • ¼ C heavy cream (or less, you don't need too much)
  • grated Parmiggiano to taste
  • 1 lb fresh fettuccini (fresh fettuccini is best with this dish but linguini or another pasta works well too))
  1. Brown sausage and remove from pan
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil with halved cherry tomatoes until tomatoes release some juices
  3. Add sausage and cream
  4. Just before tossing with pasta, add herbs, then toss
  5. Top with Parmiggiano

    I made this!!! (and I DON’T cook) My family LOVED it and it was super easy to make. I won’t lie I was nervous about how it would turn out since I was the one wearing the apron but it was AMAZING! My husband also known as the Pickiest Eater Ever liked it and got mad when it was all gone. That never happens. I LOVE this website!!!
